Partner Solution
The Cloud Combinator team worked closely with 3GI and AdTecher to design and implement a service that would leverage elements of the AWS tech stack and generative AI services to deliver the desired goals.
Key Components of the Solution:
- AI Webchat Foundation: Amazon Lex was used to develop a chatbot with dynamic intents and utterances to support a wide range of use cases. In addition, Amazon Bedrock was used to integrate generative AI models and agents trained on specific information that would allow accurate, context-aware responses.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Workflow: An embedding model was used to convert documents into embeddings - which were then indexed and stored within Amazon’s OpenSearch Service for efficient retrieval by the chosen LLM. This stage involved experimenting with parsing and chunking configurations to ensure optimal performance.
- Chat History and Backend Integration: AWS Lambda Hooks were used to invoke the Bedrock agent via Lex - while Amazon’s DynamoDB was implemented to maintain an accurate, extensive chat history - enabling continuity in partner conversations.
- Deployment and Development Pipeline: The full solution was deployed using AWS CloudFormation, which ensures consistency and scalability within AdTecher’s AWS environment. Further integrations and iterations were enabled for additional services - including Amazon Cognito for user authentication and tools like Bubble for front-end development.
